摘要
从愈伤组织诱导、次生代谢物生产、不定根与不定芽诱导等方面对三七离体快速繁殖进行综述,旨在理清三七组织培养研究历史,为今后开展三七组织培养以及生产次生代谢产物提供参考。
This paper reviews notoginseng＇s tissue culture, including callus induction, secondary metabolites production, adventitious root and shoot induction etc. and aims to disentangle the research progress in notoginseng＇ s tissue culture. Suggestions induction for tissue culture and secondary metabolites production of notoginseng are offered.
