摘要
通过对云南边疆高校毕业生进行问卷调查及访谈,探讨其就业压力源特点。研究结果显示:云南边疆高校毕业生就业压力源从高到低排列为:社会环境因素、专业因素、学校就业指导因素、毕业生个人因素、学校因素、家庭及亲朋关系。就业压力源部分因素在性别、专业、家庭月收入上有显著差异。就业压力源在生源、学历、民族上无显著差异。
This study conducts questionnaire survey and interview survey on Yunnan frontier college graduates to explore the characteristics of employment stress sources. The results show that employment stress sources ranking of frontier college graduates from the highest to the lowest are: social factors, major factors, school career guidance factors, personal factors, school factors, families and friends relationships. There are distinct differences in some decisions of employment stress sources of Yunnan frontier college graduates in gender, major and family monthly income, but no distinct differences in students' sources, academy degree and nation.
