第一轮医改后大型公立医院战略模式特点

THE DISTINGUISHING FEATURE OF LARGE PUBLIC HOSPITALS STRATEGIC MODE AFTER THE FIRST ROUND OF MEDICAL REFORM

以广东地区,尤其是广州地区医院中500张床位以上的大型公立医院作为研究对象,分析了第一轮医改后其发展特点,指出大型公立医院在第一轮医改后普遍采用外生型的战略模式,这种战略模式在第一轮医改中是有道理的,并且也是有效的,从而为新一轮医改下的公立医院改革及战略模式研究提供历史借鉴。

This article takes large public hospitals of more than 500 beds in Guangdong region, especially in Guangzhou as the research object, analyzing their development characteristics after the first round of medical reform. During the first round of medical reform large public hospitals preferred the exogenous growth theory, which proofed quite effective. To provide historical reference, this article paves the way for a new round of reform of public hospital reform and strategy research.
