切开复位钛板内固定加自体髂骨植骨治疗36例跟骨粉碎性骨折

OPEN REDUCTION,TITANIUM PLATE INTERNAL FIXATION AND AUTOGENOUS ILIAC CREST GRAFT IN TREATING 36 CASES OF CALCANEUS FRACTURES

目的观察切开复位钛板内固定加自体骨髂骨植骨治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法在2009年9月～2012年6月期间,对36例/39足的跟骨粉碎性骨折行切开复位钛板内固定加自体骨髂骨植骨治疗,其中男26例,女10例,年龄17～66岁,平均39.0岁。结果所有36例患者(39足)术后复位良好,全部随访,平均17个月(12～26个月),无感染、钢板螺钉松动脱落现象发生。疗效评定:优30例32足,良5例6足,可1例1足;优良率97.4%。结论切开复位钛板内固定加自体骨髂骨植骨治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折在临床可获得良好疗效。

Objective To evaluate the results of open reduction,titanium plate internal fixation and a Autog- enous iliac crest graft in treating calcaneus fracture. Methods From September 2009 to June 2012,36 cases / 39 feet of calcaneus fractures were treated with open reduction, titanium plate internal fixation and autogenous iliac crest graft ,26 males patients and 10 females patients, age arranges from 17 -67 years, averaging out at 39 years. Results All 36 patients （39 feet）with well open reduction effect, and followed- up from 12 -26 months, average at 17 months. Excellent results were noted in 32 fractures of 30 cases, good in 6 fractures of 5 cases, fair in 1 fracture of 1 cases, with excellent and good rates of 97. 4%. Conclusion Open reduction, titanium plate internal fixation and au- togenous iliac crest graft in treating calcaneus fractures could reach fair good effect.
