摘要
目的分析我院2011年门诊处方点评结果 ,了解基本用药情况,规范处方书写,提高处方书写质量,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2011年1～12月处方,每月200张,总2 400张,以《处方管理办法》为依据,对抽查处方逐一审查,对其各项指标进行统计分析。结果在总统计2 400张处方中,平均用药品种数为2.63种/张,抗菌药使用百分率为35.8%,注射剂使用百分率为16.2%,国家基本药物品种使用率为36.5%,处方平均金额为93.8元,不合理处方490张,占总处方20.42%。结论我院严格执行《处方管理办法》的规定,门诊处方质量显著的提高,但仍存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,需强化药剂科的工作职能,建立临床医师和药师合作机制,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全。
Objective To review and analyze our hospital outpatient prescriptions in 2011 making people un- derstood the basic situation of our medicine usage ; to promote safe, effective, economical and proper medication by checking prescription. Methods 200 samples will be randomly taken from 2400 prescriptions monthly from Jan. 2011 to Dee. 2011, review the samples of prescriptions and do the statistical analysis of the indicators according to Rules of Prescription Management. Results About 2.63 kinds of drugs are used and the use of injections is 16.2% in each prescription; in the meantime, the utilization rate of National Essential Drugs is 36.5 %. The average ,cost a- mount each prescription reaches 93.8 yuan. 490 unreasonable prescriptions achieved a percentage of 20.42%. Con- clusion Outpatient prescription quality was significantly improved, but yet some phenomena of irrational use ot7 drugs required us to strengthen the functions of the Pharmacy Department and set up a cooperation mechanism between clini- cians and pharmacists, in order to oromote rational dru~ usage and ensure medical safety.
