纽曼健康系统模式对中青年脑卒中患者自我管理疾病能力干预的效果

OBSERVATIONON OF INTERVENTION EFFECT OF NEWMAN MODEL HEALTH-CARE SYSTEM FOR SELF-MANAGEMENT ABILITY IN MIDDLE-YOUNG STROKE PATIENTS

目的探讨纽曼健康系统模式对中青年脑卒中患者自我管理疾病能力干预的效果。方法随机将128例中青年脑卒中患者分为对照组和观察组各64例,对照组采取常规护理及脑卒中康复护理指导;观察组应用纽曼健康系统模式进行。即当患者的压力源可疑存在或确定时给予一级预防,当压力源引起症状时给予二级预防,当患者系统达到了一定程度的稳定时,给予三级预防。结果观察组与对照组疗程结束后自我效能评分值比较差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)。结论运用纽曼健康系统模式能提高患者掌握疾病相关知识的能力,促进患者积极主动参与康复训练,调整和改变中青年脑卒中患者的不良行为,提高其自我管理疾病的能力,改善其生活质量,使患者恢复平衡系统状态。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of Newman model of health - care system for self- management ability in middle - young stroke patients. Methods 128 middle - young stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 64） and control group （ n = 64）. The patients were intervened with Newman model of health - care system in the observation group, and the patients received routine nursing and rehabilitation guidance in the control group. The primary prevention could be given when the stress sources of patients was suspect existence or sure; secondary prevention could be given when the symptoms caused by stress sources occure ; tertiary prevention was given when the patients＇ systems reached quiet at a certain extent. Results The score of self - effica- cy between the observation group and control group were significantly different after the treatment （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusion The Newman health system model can improve the patients＇ ability to grasp health - related knowledge, pro- mote the patients to take actively rehabilitation training, adjust and change the bad behavior of middle - young stroke patients, improve the ability of self - management and life quality, help the patients restore the balance system.
