城乡统筹发展是转变经济发展方式、构建和谐社会的必然要求。多年来由于我国城乡体制和运行机制上存在差别,导致城乡差距逐步拉大。为了改变这种现状,迫切需要创新城乡体制机制来实现城乡的和谐统筹发展。

Urban and rural balanced development is the necessary requirement for transforming the mode of economic development, constructing harmonious society. For many years, because urban and rural system and operational mechanism are different, it leads to a widening gap between the city and the countryside gradually. In order to change this situation, it is urgent to innovate urban and rural system and mechanism and realize the harmonious development of urban and rural areas as a whole.
