摘要
无损检测是现代化工业生产中必不可少的一项质量检验方法。此文以解决生产实际问题为目的。针对大型容器中焊缝的定位进行了研究。为RT射线检测确定焊缝位置,防止"飞片",提供了一种可行的方法。目前,大型容器钢结构受力件都要求进行无损探伤。并且以X射线照相方法为主。贴片位置不准,将会对射线底片上的影象造成一定影响或根本无影像(简称飞片)。"飞片"会造成较大的经济损失,并且严重影响生产效率,拖延工程进度。为此,需要对其进行研究,找出一种或几种能够快速准确测定焊缝位置的方法。
Nondestructive detection is a necessary quality inspection method in modern industrial production. To solve the problems in practical production, the paper researches the large vessel weld positioning method, and provides an available method for weld positioning in radiographic testing and preventing flying. At present, large container steel stressed structure are required for nondestructive flaw detection, mainly X- radiographic testing. The inaccurate SMD location will influence the radiographic images or no image (hereinafter referred to as flying). Flying can cause great economic loss, seriously influence production efficiency, and delay the progress of the projects. Therefore, we need to carry on the research, and find out one or several method to fast and accurately position weld position.
