摘要
在内燃机曲轴设计时曲轴的结构强度和材料选择具有重要的作用,一方面通过对内燃机曲轴疲劳破坏形式及其主要原因的分析;另一方面通过计算机仿真来进行强度振动分析,曲轴的质量优劣直接影响着发动机的性能和寿命。
Crankshaft quality directly affects the engine performance and life. In the design of internal combustion engine crankshaft, crankshaft structure strength ,and material selection plays an important role. On the one hand, the paper analyzes the internal combustion engine crankshaft fatigue failure forms and main reason; on the other hand, it makes strength vibration analysis through the computer simulation.
