摘要
分析了航空产品制造业技改工程的实施现状,运用排列组合法及SWOT分析法论述了8种责权利匹配模式,通过理论分析并结合工程实践,提出了项目经理责权利对称性的管理原则,以期对航空制造业技改工程的实施提供一定的启示。
The present situation of technical renovation engineering in aviation products manufacture is analysed. Eight matching patterns of project manager＇s responsibility-right-interest （PMRRI） are discussed by arrange-combine and SWOT methods.Based on the theoretical analysis and combined with engineering practice, the symmetrical characteristic management principle of PMRRI is put forward, and some enlightenments are provided for the implementation of technical renovation engineering in aviation products manufacture.
