本文从高校课程资源建设入手,指出了高校课程建设中的几个问题,说明了加强课程建设对培养高质量人才的重要性,阐述了我国目前建设精品开放课程的要求和做好精品开放课程的意义,它是优化高校课程资源、提高高等教育质量的关键一步,高校应该认真做好精品开放课程建设工作。

In this paper, starting from the construction of university curriculum resources, several problems were pointed out in the con- struefion of university curriculum, the importance of training high-quality talents by strengthening curriculum construction was illustrated, and the requirements of our current constructing excellent and open courses in our country and the significance of doing excellent and open courses was expounded. It is a key step to optimize the university curriculum resources, improve the quality of higher education, and col- leges and universities should do a good job in excellent and open courses.
