摘要
根据GB/T 7999-2007《铝及铝合金光电直读发射光谱分析方法》,采用ARL-4460型直读光谱仪对食用、药用铝合金中Cd元素进行分析,并按照JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对测量过程中系统效应和随机效应所导致的测量结果不确定度进行评定,结果表明,不确定度的主要来源,由建立工作曲线、样品均匀性及数字修约等引入。通过对不确定度的评定,保证了分析结果的准确性。
According to the standard GB/T7999-2007 Optical emission spectrometric analysis method of aluminum and aluminum alloys, used ARL-4460 Direct-reading Spectrometer to analyze Cadmium Content in Edible, medicinal aluminum alloy, and based on the standard JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the uncertainty of the measurement results caused by system and random effects in the measurement process is Assessed, the result shows that the main source of uncertainty comes from the establishment of the working curve, sample homogeneity and rounding numbers.
