秦岭山区堆积层滑坡灾害易损性评价方法及应用

Vulnerability assessment method and its application for accumulation landslides hazard in Qinling mountain

通过对评价区域内的各种受灾体的调查,确定了受灾体的类型、时空概率及易损性的定性判断,根据层次分析法,确定了受灾体的层次结构模型,得到了各个因素的层次结构排序及总排序,得到了各因素的权重,引入了易损性指数,结合人员易损性和财产易损性两参数,确定了陕南堆积层滑坡易损性的分级,提出了陕南堆积层滑坡灾害易损性评价方法,以宁强县广坪镇凤凰街滑坡易损性计算为例,验证了该方法的实用性。

The type,probability space and qualitative judgments of affected body are decided based on a variety evaluation survey of the affected body within the region.The hierarchical model of affected body is determined according to AHP,and each factor and overall ordering are come up,the weight of each factor are decided.The vulnerability index is introduced,combined with the two parameters of the vulnerability of personnel and property vulnerability,the classification of accumulation landslides hazard within the region is proposed and the vulnerability assessment method is put forward.This method is verified by Guangping town Phoenix Street accumulation landslide in Ningqiang county.
