摘要
结合工作经验,针对工程项目人工费比例较高的现状,从制度与考核两方面入手,对如何加强工程项目人工费控制进行了探讨,并提出了自己的看法,对工程项目的成本控制有一定的参考价值。
Combining with the work experience,the paper explores how to improve the control over the labor cost in the engineering program from the system and the assess,according to the higher labor cost in engineering program,and points out some own ideas,so it is meaningful for the cost control for the engineering programs.
