摘要
针对目前监理市场人才供需现状及特征进行了介绍,对监理企业的人力资源管理工作进行了探讨,提出了培养复合型监理人才的具体方案及监理人才的考核、管理办法,以期使监理企业获得经济效益和人才效益的最大化。
This paper introduced the talents supply and demand current situation and characteristics of current supervision markets,discussed the human resource management works of supervision enterprises,put forward the specific solutions of cultivating compound supervision talents and the assessment,management approaches of management talents,in order to make the supervision enterprises to gain maximization economic benefits and human benefits.
