摘要
２１ 世纪将是知识经济的世纪， 高教自考在迎来可贵的发展机遇的同时， 亦将遭遇诸多困难与挑战。为此， 高教自考要进一步面向市场， 优化结构， 扩大功能， 强化管理， 建立起制度完善、质量较高。
The 21st century will be a century of knowledge economy, which will offer great opportunities for the development of ESSHE. Meanwhile, ESSHE will also face many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, we should orient it to the needs of market, optimize its structure, multiply its functions, strengthen its administration, and establish a perfect, vigorous examination system of higher quality.
