摘要
结构钢经大功率感应脉冲淬火后,可获得高硬度、高的疲劳强度和高的回火抗力。深入研究表明,高的弯曲疲劳强度是表层高幅值残余压力和“有效晶粒”细化共同作用的结果。
The constructional steel specimens hardened by high powerinduction pulse process give super-hardness, high fatigue limit and high temper-ing resistance. the results of analysis show that high residual compresive stressand fine scattered martensite units are the main cause of improving fatigue pro-perties.
