区域性门静脉高压症13例诊断和治疗分析

Diagnosis and treatment of regional portal hypertension in 13 cases

目的探讨区域性门静脉高压症的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院1995年1月—2009年12月开腹手术治疗13例区域性门静脉高压症的临床资料。结果病人表现为胃底静脉曲张、脾脏肿大及脾功能亢进,基础病变是胰腺疾病、脾静脉病变和腹膜后肿瘤。术后未发生严重术后并发症,无手术死亡。随访11例,随访时间6个月～15年,无1例发生上消化道出血。结论区域性门静脉高压症是能够确诊和根治的疾病。

Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of regional portal hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 13 cases with regional portal hypertension in our hospital from January 1995 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 13 cases presented with gastric varices,splenomegaly and hypersplenism.The basis of disease are pancreas,splenicvein and retroperitoneal tumors.All cases underwent surgery.No serious complication or death case was found postoperatively.11 cases were followed-up for 6 months to 15 years,no re-bleeding occurred postoperatively. Conclusion Regional portal hypertension can be diagnosed correctly and treated effectively.
