射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的安全性和疗效。方法应用射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症22例,男19例、女3例;年龄18~35岁,平均(25.5±4.5)岁。共23个椎间隙:单间隙21例,双间隙1例。术后随访近期效果。结果本组22例患者均获随访,随访时间1~12个月,平均7.6个月。显效17例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率95.45%。结论射频消融髓核成形术是治疗颈椎间盘突出症行之有效的方法,这种技术简单、微创、安全、疗效肯定。关键是选择合适的适应证。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty for the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods Twenty-two cases of cervical disc herniations were treated with radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty.There were 19 male and 3 female,with age of 18-35 years old(mean age was 25.5±4.5 years old).Treatment includes 23 cases of disc herniation totally and there were single disc herniation in 21 cases,double in 1 case.Short-term effects were observed in follow-up. Results Twenty-two cases were followed up for 1-12 months,average 7.6 months.17 cases were found markedly effective,4 cases effective and 1 case ineffective.The total effective rate reached 95.45%. Conclusion The results showed that radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty is a simple,safe,micro-invasive and good result in cervical disc herniation treatment.The key of this method is carefully selected indication.
