戒烟对部队官兵消化性溃疡复发治疗的影响

Effect of smoking cessation on drug therapy of recurrent peptic ulcer in the troops

目的探讨戒烟对部队官兵消化性溃疡复发治疗的影响。方法 82例部队官兵消化性溃疡复发患者均采用奥美拉唑胶囊和枸橼酸铋钾胶囊治疗,同时劝其在治疗过程中戒烟,疗程2个月。将82例患者根据治疗过程中有无戒烟分为两组:戒烟组(整个疗程中完全戒烟)40例和非戒烟组(整个疗程中持续吸烟或不完全戒烟)42例。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果戒烟组、非戒烟组总有效率分别为92.5%、52.4%,戒烟组总有效率显著高于非戒烟组(P<0.01)。结论戒烟能明显提高部队官兵消化性溃疡复发治疗的效果。

Objective To study the effects of smoking cessation on drug therapy of recurrent peptic ulcer in the troops. Methods 82 cases of peptic ulcer recurrence patients the troops were treated with Omeprazole capsules and bismuth potassium citrate capsules at the same time to persuade them to quit smoking during the treatment course of 2 months.82 patients was divided into two groups according to whether quit smoking in course of treatment： 40 cases in smoking cessation group（full course of treatment,quit smoking） and 42 cases in non-smoking cessation group（full course of treatment continued smoking or not quit smoking completely）.Observed the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the smoking cessation group was 92.5%,and non-smoking cessation group was 52.4%,the total effective rate of smoking cessation group was significantly higher than non-smoking cessation group（P0.01）. Conclusion Quit smoking can significantly improve the effects of treatment of peptic ulcer recurrence in the troops.
