我院2009—2011年麻醉药品用药调查分析

My Hospital in 2009 to 2011 Narcotic Medicine Analysis

目的调查我院2009—2011年麻醉药品使用情况,并评价其应用合理性。方法对我院2009—2011年麻醉药品的用药频度、用药金额等统计数字进行分析。结果在我院临床使用的10种麻醉药品中,盐酸吗啡缓释片(美菲康)的用药频度居第1位。吗啡口服缓释制剂为我院缓解肿瘤疼痛之首选,盐酸哌替啶已不作为癌痛治疗的选择。结论我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,三阶梯止痛方案仍需加大推行力度。

Objective Analysis of our hospital in 2009~2011 narcotic usage,and to evaluate its rationality in application.Methods The hospital in 2009~2011 narcotic medication frequency,amount of medication,statistics analysis.Results in our hospital clinical use of 10 kinds of anesthetic drugs,morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets（Mayfair Kang） of DDDs ranking first.Morphine oral sustained release preparations for my courtyard tumor remission pain of choice,pethidine hydrochloride is not as cancer treatment options.Conclusion the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically rational,three ladder scheme still need to intensify efforts to.
