卡泊三醇联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗稳定期白癜风疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察卡泊三醇联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法将入选的400例患者分为3组即治疗组200例、对照1组100例和对照2组100例,治疗组采用二联疗法,2个对照组分别采用卡泊三醇或NB-UVB疗法,对每组每位患者选取皮损面积最大或最集中的部位进行观察治疗,在门诊按设计的表格进行定期观察。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组有效率为62.0%,对照1、2组有效率分别为25.0%、30.0%,治疗组与对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二联疗法治疗白癜风效果好于单用卡泊三醇或NB-UVB疗法,适用于大多数白癜风患者。
