对《中华人民共和国合同法》进行了分析。指出合同法颁布实施的重大现实意义 ;并指出合同法中存在的缺陷 ,如条文间的冲突 ,合同法与民法通则的冲突 ,具体规定有不严密的地方。针对缺陷 。

This paper analyses The Contract Act of the Peoples Republic of China. It points out the Acts important realistic meaning of its issue,the Acts defects such as conflicts beween some articles,the conflicts between the Coutract Act and the General Rule of Civil Law,and some concrete stipulations which arent strictly compact.In view of this situaton,the author puts forward several measures to make the Act perfect.
