法律英语作为专用公文语体的书面语 ,不仅大量地使用长句和被动句 ,而且在句型和时态使用方面大多采用陈述句、完整句、一般现在时以及shall、beto结构 。

Legal English is a formal English, especially used as an official document form language. In legal English, long sentences, passive voice, declarative sentences, non-elliptical sentences, present tense and the structure such as'shall'and 'be to'are usually used, thus forming the characteristics of the sentence structure in it.
