学校幼儿教育观探析

摘要 本文结合当前幼儿教育的实际,从教育目标、教育方式、教学内容、教学评估等几方面探讨了如何更新幼儿教育观念的问题。认为更新幼儿教育观的关键在于从根本上树立起多样化、灵活性的观念,注重形成自主性的培养氛围,坚持寓教于乐的原则,力求教育评估标准的个别化、具体化和评估体系的科学化。 Concerned with the reality of current preschool education, it is discussed here how to renew the conception of preschool education from the angles of educational objective, educational pattern, teach- ing contents, teaching evaluation and so on. It is pointed out that its key elements are to introduce variety and flexibility, pay attention to the development of the environment of autonomy, persist with the rule of making entertainment a medium of education, and make every effort to achieve individualization and speci- fication of the standard of teaching evaluation, and build a scientific evaluation system.
