Ecological Environment Functional Division in Shijiazhuang

以石家庄市作为生态城市建设的研究对象,在调查分析的基础上,结合自然环境、经济环境状况,利用地理信息系统技术和统计分析方法,对石家庄市大气环境、水环境、声环境进行了生态环境功能区划,为保护并逐步恢复已遭破坏的生态系统,划分了一级环境保护区、二级环境保护区及准保护区,在此基础上针对石家庄的大气污染、水污染、固体废物、噪声等4个方面提出了具体的环境综合治理措施。

With the rapid economic development,economic activities have more and more effects on the ecological environment. The destruction of ecological environment not only affects the people＇s standard of living, but also constrains the sustainable de-velopment of society and economy significantly. In this paper, the construction of ecological city in Shijiazhuang is studied based on the investigation analysis combining with the conditions of natural and economic environment. The ecological function region-alization is performed to the atmospheric environment,water environment, and acoustic environment in Shijiazhuang using the geographic information system technology and statistical analysis. In order to protect and restore the damaged ecosystem gradu-ally, three types of environmental protection regionalization are conducted including level 1 and level 2 environmental protection area,and semi-protection area. Based on the above regionalization, the specific measures for the comprehensive environment management are proposed from the aspects of the air pollution, water pollution, solid waste, and noise in Shijiazhuang.
