高校食堂“农产品物流系统”建设研究——以贵州财经大学为例

市场物价的不断飙升,使得高校食堂的成本也在一直上涨,导致了在校生每月的伙食费用也在一直攀升,很多学生都要求食堂饭菜的价格要保持稳定,但是市场农产品价格的攀升和食堂饭菜价格的保持不变之间存在着一定的矛盾,如何化解这个矛盾是当前亟待解决的问题。文章试从降低农产品物流费用方面来探讨保持高校食堂物价稳定的有效途径。
