摘要
目前我国民办高校的人才培养模式以工学结合为主,本文着重论述了工学结合的内涵、意义和具体的实施方案。
At present, talent training mode in China＇s indepen- dent colleges is mainly working-learning combination. This paper discusses the connotation, significance and the specific implementation plan of working-learning combination mode.
