The Dilemma and Countermeasures of University Young Teachers' Relocation Housing

高校青年教师周转房对人才的引进、人才的稳定、高校的发展起着重要的作用。本文以四川理工学院为例,分析了新形势下周转房面临的困境,提出了解决困境的对策。

The relocation housing of university young teachers plays an important role in introduction of talent, stability of talent, and development of universities. Taking Sichuan University of Science and Engineering as an example, this article analyzed the dilemma of relocation housing in new condition, and proposed countermeasures to solve the dilemma.
