谈民办中学教师“媚生”的形成原因

Discussion on the Causes of Teachers' Excessive Accommodations to Students in Private Middle School

"媚生",由"媚俗"一词演绎而来,是指在当前社会发展过程中,教师放下权威,应用语言、情感等多种手段一味地、毫无原则地迁就学生、讨好学生的一种现象。其根本出发点不是为了学生的发展,而是为了获得学生的好感、好评,具有一定的功利性。如何改善民办中学教师"媚生"现状是当前民办中学教学中关注的重要课题。通过对江苏省苏北地区民办中学教师中"媚生"的现状进行调查,本文对民办中学教师"媚生"现象的原因进行了分析总结,以期指导民办中学教师的教学。

Teachers＇ excessive accommodations to students in the present society is not for students＇ development but for utility sake. It is an important topic to eliminate teachers＇ excessive ac commodations to students in private middle school. Through the survey on the current situation of this phenomenon, this paper analyzes and summarizes its causes, aiming to guide teachers＇ teaching in private middle school.
