摘要
职业院校和谐的人际关系是建设和谐职业院校的基础。本文从职业院校人际关系主体方面阐述了职业院校和谐人际关系的表征和价值,并结合职业院校特点阐述了职业院校和谐人际关系的构建策略。
A harmonious interpersonal relationship in vocational college is the basis of the construction of a harmonious vocational college. This paper interprets the manifestation and value of a harmonious interpersonal relationship in vocational college and discusses its construction strategy.
