浅析我国大学文化建设

Analysis on the Construction of University Culture in China

大学是引领社会发展与文明的机构,是先进文化的代表,是培育新文明的摇篮,而大学文化是大学建设的基石,更是教育作用于经济社会发展的着力点。正如在中国,正是上个世纪初发源于大学的新文化运动,催生了以"民主、科学"为主题的"五四"运动,推动国家与民族向现代社会迈进。无疑,大学文化是中国社会主义文化体系的重要组成部分,在社会主义现代化建设的伟大进程中,大学文化必须与之相适应,不断改革与创新,推进自身的建设与发展。本文着力分析我国大学文化建设之状况,剖析其成因,在明确大学文化建设必要性的基础上对如何有效进行文化建设提出一些建议。

University is one of the leading social development and civilized mechanism and the representative of advanced culture to breed new cradle of civilization. And the university culture is the cornerstone of the building, the focus of economic and social development. As in China, the New Culture Movement at the be ginning of the last century led to the May 4th Movement, whose theme was ＂democratic, science＂ and pushed the country and nation to a modem society. Undoubtedly, university culture is an important component of the system of socialist culture. In the great process of construction of socialist modernization, university culture must suit to it, reform and innovate constantly, and pro mote its construction and development. This paper focuses on the status of construction of university culture in China, analyzes its origin and necessity and makes some suggestions.
