摘要
用CCD相机采样空间频率分别为10 lp/mm、25 lp/mm、50 lp/mm和80 lp/mm的矩形光栅通过一个待测透镜后的像,再通过相关算法算出该透镜在相应空间频率下的光学传递函数值,并与ZEMAX仿真结果进行比较。结果表明,实验结果与理论分析和仿真结果一致,证明了该测量方法的正确性。该实验项目对相关专业的本科生开放,对学生了解傅里叶光学的应用具有重要的意义。
A CCD camera is used to simply the images, which are generated by a rectangle grating with spatial frequencies of 10 lp! mm, 25 lp/mm, 50 lp/mm and 80 lp/mm through a lens under test. The Optical Transfer Functions (OTF) under corresponding spa- tial frequencies are calculated. Compared with ZEMAX simulation, the experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis and simulation results, which validates the measurement method. The experiment is opened to undergraduate students of the relevant professional and serves as an useful tool for students to understand the Fourier optics.
