摘要
结合学院《气相色谱》实验教学的实际情况,探讨了在实验教学中应联系气相色谱理论,讲解气相色谱仪的工作原理及各主要部件的工作方式等相关知识。使学生初步了解气相色谱仪的操作,掌握各种数据的计算,了解如何对色谱条件进行优化。通过定量分析实验,引导学生对各种定量计算方法进行总结,为研究设计实验做好准备,从而使学生初步掌握气相色谱测定方法的建立。
Combining the present situation of gas chromatography(GC) experimental course, this paper discusses that we should explain related knowledge such as the working principle of gas chromatography and working methods of the major components with the GC theory. Then, students can understand the initial operation of the gas chromatography, master a variety of data calculation, to learn how to optimize the chromatographic conditions. Through quantitative analysis experiments, we can guide students to summarize a varie- ty of quantitative methods for calculating and prepare for the research and design experiments, thus make them understand the establishment of determination of gas chromatography.
