摘要 目的 :本文对引进的心理教育量表 (psycho educationalprofile,简称PEP)进行修订。方法 :研究对象患儿组来自北京大学精神卫生研究所儿科门诊孤独症儿童 78人 ,正常对照组取自一般幼儿园 3 6岁儿童 12 0名。对所有资料进行信度、效度及项目分析。结果 :信度和效度均佳。项目难度适中。病理学项目能有效地鉴别患儿的病理性反应。正常功能发展项目分数与年龄相关 ,与图片词汇测验、瑞文推理测验高度相关。结论 Objective: To revise Psycho-Educational Profile (PEP) cross-culturally. Methods: A total of 78 autistic children from the clinic of Institute of Mental Health, Peking University and 120 normal controls aged 3-6 years old from general kindergartens were tested with C-PEP. Reliability, validity and itemanalysis were conducted. Results: The reliability and validity were perfect. The pathological items can reflect the pathological reactions of autistic children efficiently. The scores of normal function development were significantly correlated with Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test and Combined Reven Test as well as age. Conclusions: The revised C-PEP is applicable to the assessment of autism and related children illness.
