摘要
对 16例女性腋臭患者腋窝皮肤菌群从微生态学的角度进行定性、定量分析 ,并将结果同 2 4例正常女性腋窝皮肤菌群做了比较。结果表明 :类白喉杆菌及表皮葡萄球菌为腋臭患者腋窝皮肤的主要菌种 ,其密度较正常对照组为高 ,其中类白喉杆菌密度明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。这对探讨腋臭的发生机制及用生态制剂等调整皮肤菌群 ,改善微环境 ,达到防治目的有所帮助。
The quantitative and qulitative analysis of acrobic microbial flora from the armpit skins of 16 women with armpit odour and 24 normal subjects was made. The results shown that the predominant flora of armpit skin from the patients were diphtheroids and epidermal staphylococci. The densities of both flora were higher in patient group thatn of normal control especially for the foloral density of diphtheroids (P<0 001). The study will be helpful for the research of the mechanism of armpit odour and the application of microecological agents in regulating skin flora, improving microenvironment and thus the prevention.
