摘要
科学地利用建筑加层技术解决既有建筑物的扩容,并保证建筑物后续使用安全,同时,更好地实现既有建筑的节能,已成为政府和相关企业关注和研究的焦点。既有建筑加层加固改造的同时建筑寿命也得到了延长,建筑寿命的延长是最大的节能。文章重点介绍既有建筑砌体结构、混凝土结构加层的选择原则、加层形式以及隔震托换技术在加层中的应用。
Using adding layer technology of existing masonry structure and concrete structure, ensuring the security of building's subsequent use, and realizing the building energy efficiency better, has been the focus point which the government and related enterprise pay attention to and research. When we strengthening the building and add layer, the life of the building extend at the same time. Building life extension is the biggest energy saving. This article mainly introduce the principle of selection, the form of adding layer, and earthquake isolation and underpinning technology of both existing masonry structure and concrete structure applied in practice.
