摘要 工程建设领域的施工现场,是安全事故的多发区域,特别是从脚手架上坠落和脚手架倒塌导致的伤亡事故占有相当的比例。脚手架倒塌事故致因非常复杂,其中潜在危险源没有充分的辨识和有效的控制,是导致事故发生的根源。论文将从脚手架架体结构、设计、扣件和钢管质量及人的不安全行为、管理缺陷等方面,用事故树方法进行分析,探索有效的控制措施,为提高施工企业脚手架工程质量,预防脚手架倒塌事故发生提供参考。 Accidents are most likely to happen in the construction site of engineering construction, especially the fatal accidents caused by people fall from scaffold and scaffold collapse, which take a big proportion in all the accidents. The reason that lead to the scaffold collapse is very complex, the root of the accident is that people don't well aware and control the source of potential dangerousness. This article is going to make analysis according to the structure of scaffold and its design, fastening, quality o fsteel pipe, and the insucure behaviour ofpeopl e, and the defect o f managment and so on by using fault tree analysing method. Hope the article can help people to ensure the control measures, and provide refernces for construction enterprises to prevent the accidents that scaffold collapse.
