摘要 分层碾压是处理大面积回填土的一种简便有效的方法,通过增加土体的密实度,从而提高地基土的承载力,处理后的土层可作为厂区道路、荷载不大的堆场、一般轻型建筑的基础持力层。在中石化扬子油库工程中采用了分层碾压方法处理了大面积的填土,施工时进行了严格的质量控制,现场采用了钻探、静力触探、标准贯入试验和浅层平板载荷试验等检测手段,对处理后填土层质量进行检验,综合评价了分层碾压的处理效果,为分层碾压推广使用提供可靠的工程实例。 Rolling in layers is a simple and effeetive method for treat the large area backfill soil, enhance the bearing capacity of subsoil by adding the dense of soil body, the soil layer after treatment can be used as the foundation bearing layer of the factory road, stacking yard of light load, and general light building. Adopt rolling in layers method to treat the large area backfill soil for the oil depot of China Petrochemical Yanzi Company, carry out strict quality control during construction, adopt field drilling, CPT, SPT, shallow plate loading test etc. method in site, cheek the quality of filling layer after treatment, comprehensive evaluate the treatment effect of rolling in layers, provide the reliable proj oct example for the widely usage of rolling in layers.
