摘要
在国际EPC工程总承包模式日益流行的形势下,我国传统的建筑施工企业越来越多地参与国际工程总承包市场的竞争。论文探讨了施工实力强而设计能力弱的EPC总承包企业通过加强设计管理来弥补自身不足的问题,阐明了设计管理的特点、实施与控制,以及设计管理对EPC总承包商的现实意义。
In the popular situation of EPC General Contracting mode to the international projects, more and more traditional construction companies in our country take part in the competitive world market for obtaining the projects by general contract. In thi s chapter, the questiuns o f EPC General Contractors with good constructing strangth but weak designing ability smooth their weaknesses through increasing engineering management arc approached, the characteristics of the engineering management, how to carry out, control the engineering management, are expounded, and the practical significances for （he engineering management to the EPC General Contractors are also clarified.
