摘要
目的 以单光子发射计算机断层仪 SPECT作为诊断依据 ,建立兔应力性骨折 (stress fracture,SF)实验模型 ,观察并探讨 SF发生过程中骨骼及骨骼肌形态的变化 .方法 10只兔作为实验组 ,4只作为对照组 .实验组置于模拟实验装置内 ,使动物产生跑跳运动 .每天跑跳有效次数约 30 0次 . 1wk训练 6 d,共 6 wk.于运动不同时间分别取阳性骨组织和腓肠肌组织行病理学观察 .结果 1肉眼可见实验组病变部位骨骼较对照侧突起、肿胀 ,触之较硬 . 2随着运动天数的延长 ,光镜下病变部位骨骼损害加重 . 3连续观察结果发现 ,运动第 2~ 3周肌纤维损伤最为严重 .结论 在 SF发生过程中 ,骨骼肌组织出现损害的日期早于骨组织 ,说明骨骼肌肉的损害很可能是引起
AIM To investigate the morphological changes of skeleton and skeletal muscle of rabbits in the experimental model of stress fracture. METHODS During 6 weeks' test, 4 rabbits as an control group, and 10 rabbits were stimulatedto run or jump in a special device as experimental group. One or 2 rabbits were sacrificed for the determination in a week. Pathological positive changes of the bone were diagnosed by ECT(electronic computerized tomography), and pathological changes of rabbit sural muscle were observed under the microscope. RESULTS ①The bones from experimental groups were stronger than that from the control group. ②The longer the training day the rabbit lasted, the severer the bone pathological changes were. ③Continues observation of sural muscle found that the damage of sural muscle fiber was much severer during 2~3 weeks. CONCLUSION The early occurrence of the injury of sural muscle might contribute to the occurrence of the experimental stress fracture.
