摘要 目的 分离和鉴定犬副流感病毒 .方法 无菌抽取病犬脑脊液 ,接种到 Vero细胞 ,72 h后收集培养液进行回归动物试验 ,并采用形态学观察、血凝特性、血球吸附试验以及细胞敏感性、中和试验和交叉中和试验等方法进行系统鉴定 .结果 从病犬脑脊液中分离出一株 CPIV流行毒株 (CPIV-XN931 ) .接种 Vero细胞后 ,出现明显的细胞病变作用 ,对Vero和 MDCK敏感 ,对 2 .5 m L· L- 1豚鼠红细胞具有显著的吸附作用 ;其超微结构具有副粘病毒的基本特点 ,中和抗体效价和交叉中和抗体效价都高达 10 2 4.结论 成功分离犬副流感病毒 CPIV- AIM To isolate and to identify canine parainfluenza virus(CPIV). METHODS The sick canine cerebrospinalfluid(CSF) was used to infect the Vero cell. After 72 hrs, culture medium was collected for the reversion animal test. Morpholog studa, hemagglutination(HA)property, erythrocyte absorption,neutralizing and cross neutralizing tests were performed to identify the virus. RESULTS A CPIV epidemic virus strain was isolated from the sick canine CSF,named CPIV XN931. After infecting the Vero cell,thecellular pathogenic effect(CPE)could be observed obviously. This virus could absorb guinea pig red cells(2.5 mL·L -1 )strongly,and had the basic character of parainfluenza virus in the ultrastructure. The titer of neutralized antibody and cross neutralized antibody all fell to 1024. CONCLUSION The isolated is a strain of CPIV XN931.
