犬腺病毒Ⅰ型流行毒株的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of canine adenovirus Ⅰ

目的 分离、鉴定犬腺病毒 型流行毒株 .方法 将处理过的病犬肝组织悬液 ,感染原代犬胎肾细胞 .用血凝试验、中和试验、回归试验以及电镜观察等方法 ,分离、鉴定 .结果 分离出一株犬腺病毒 型流行毒株 ,命名为 CAV1 -XN3株 .

AIM To isolate and to identify canine adenovirus Ⅰ. METHODS To isolate adenovirus Ⅰ form canine liver tissue suspension disposed by alcohol and chlorofrom,we used synchronous inoculation to infect canine embryo kidney cells and identified the virus through blood coagulation test,neutralization test,animal experiment,and electron microscopic observation. RESULTS CAV 1 was isolated from sick canine liver named CAV 1 XN 3. CONCLUSION Canine adenovirus Ⅰ has similar biological properties to the standard virus oservation.
