胸腺五肽对重度创伤-失血性休克大鼠细胞免疫与肠黏膜屏障功能影响的研究

摘要 肠道作为机体对缺血反映最敏感的器官,在严重创伤尤其创伤一失血性休克中损伤最早,但恢复最晚。即使当休克得到复苏的情况下,肠道的功能仍远未恢复,肠黏膜屏障损伤导致肠道的通透性增高,造成细菌及内毒素移位,肠道内细菌和内毒素逸出肠腔,进入肠淋巴管和肠系膜淋巴结,继而进入门静脉和体循环,引起全身感染和内毒素血症、脓毒症(Sepsis),并最终演变为多器官功能衰竭(MOSF),这也正是造成创伤休克后机体感染的重要原因。
