目的 观察内源性哇巴因 (EO)在 SD大鼠和恒河猴肾上腺、垂体和下丘脑组织的分布 .方法 采用高度特异的抗哇巴因兔血清 ,用免疫组织化学 ABC法观察 EO在大鼠和恒河猴肾上腺等组织的分布 .结果 在大鼠和恒河猴的肾上腺皮质内侧网状带细胞中可以观察到丰富的哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质 ,垂体后叶有较弱的哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质 ,而下丘脑并未发现有哇巴因免疫反应物质存在 .结论 哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质主要存在于 SD大鼠和恒河猴的肾上腺皮质网状带 ,为

AIM To observe the distribution of endogenous ouabain (EO) in the adrenal, pituitary and hypothalamus of SD rats and Macaca mulattas. METHODS Immunohistochemical ABC method was used with a high specific rabbit antiserum against ouabain. RESULTS Ouabain like immunoreactivities (LI) were observed abundantly in the inner zone of adrenal cortex, known as the zone reticularis of SD rats and Macaca mulattas; weakly in the posterior pituitary of SD rats, but nothing in the hypothalamus. CONCLUSION Ouabain LI chiefly exist in the zone reticularis of adrenal cortex of SD rat and Macaca mulattas. The morphological evidence shows that EO is a novel adrenocortical steroid hormone.
