摘要
目的对CT误诊的肾脏占位性病变进行回顾分析,以提高对影像学不典型肾脏占位性病变的认识水平。方法收集35例CT诊断与术后病理结果不一致的病例。结果误诊病例均为少见及影像表现不典型病例。结论本研究提示影像科医生应采取多种影像学检查方法鉴别诊断不典型肾脏占位性病变及肾脏少见占位性病变,以减少误诊。
Objective To improve CT differential diagnostic accuracy on atypical renal space- occup- ying lesions. Methods The features of CT findings in 35 cases of atypical renal space- occupying lesions proved by surgery and biopsy were analyzed. Results The retrospective study was showed that misdiag- nosed renal mass were rare and the atypical signal intensities or density. Conclusion This study guides im- age practitioner that various imaging examination method should be employed to identify diagnostic the a- typical and rare renal space - occupying lesions for reducing misdiagnosis.
