摘要 目的 研究谷氨酸转运蛋白亚型 (EAAC- 1)在红藻氨酸 (KA)诱导癫痫发作大鼠海马结构中的变化 .方法 用红藻氨酸诱导的复杂部分性癫痫模型 ,将 2 0只 SD大鼠随机分为3,6 ,12 ,48h及对照 5组 .用免疫蛋白印记法 (Western blot)观察 EAAC- 1在海马结构上的变化 .结果  KA注射后 3h海马 EAAC- 1开始减少 ,6 h显著减少 ,12 h后 EAAC- 1逐渐恢复 .结论  EAAC- 1表达的调控可能与 KA诱导的癫痫发作。 AIM To study excitatory amino acid carrier 1(EAAC 1) in hippocampus of rats with seizure induced by kainate. METHODS A kainate induced complex partial seizure model was used in present study. 20 SD rats were randomly grouped into KA 3, 6, 12, 48 h and control. Changes of EAAC 1 protein in the rat hippocampus were observed by Western blots. RESULTS EAAC 1 protein decreased after the injection of kainate for 3 h, and decreased more significantly after 6 h while EAAC 1 protein increased after 12 h. CONCLUSION Regulation of EAAC 1 may play a role in kainate induced seizure, neurotoxicity and neuronal plasticity.
