芪丹通脉片对实验性急性心肌缺血犬左心功能的影响

Effects of Qidan Tongmai tablet on the left ventricular functions of experimental canine with acute myocardial ischemia

目的 观察芪丹通脉片 (QDTMT)对实验性心肌缺血犬左心功能的影响 .方法 采用结扎冠脉 ,造成犬急性心肌缺血、心肌梗死动物模型 ,经十二指肠灌入实验用药 ,测量用药前及用药后不同实验时间点左室收缩力、左室作功、左室内压等血流动力学指标 .结果 各给药组对左室收缩力、左室作功无明显影响 ;生药 2 g· kg- 1剂量组可增加左室内压最大上升速率 (dp/ dtmax) ,用药后 90 min,12 0 min分别增加 (111.89± 10 .0 9) %和 (116 .6 5± 10 .43) % ,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0 .0 1) .结论

AIM To observe the effect of Qidan Tongmai tablet(QDTMT)on the left ventricular functions of experimental canine with acute myocardial ischemia. METHODS The animal model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating of coronary artery. QDTMT was administered to the canine by duodenal enema. Hemodynamic indexes such as contractility, functions, pressure of the left ventricle of the canine were determined at different time before and after the administration of QDTMT. RESULTS There were no significant effects on the left ventricular contractility and functions of the groups perfused with the tablets. The maximum ascending rate(dp/dt max )of the left ventricular pressure in the group perfused with 2 g·kg -1 increased to 111.89±10.09% and 116.65±10.43% at the point of 90 min and 120 min after the administration, significantly compared with that of the control group( P <0.01). CONCLUSION This study has provided one of the experimental evidence for clinical treatment of ischemic heart disease.
