地热电缆定点故障的智能检测

摘要 为方便准确检测地热电缆室内采暖时发生断路、短路、高阻或低阻等故障,根据电磁感应原理,设计了基于单片机SPCE061A的智能检测系统,重点介绍了检测原理和相关电路硬件设计。实验证明,该电路可以方便地判断出电缆故障类型并能准确定位,灵敏度高,抗干扰能力强,具有广泛的应用前景。 An intelligent circuit based on SCM SPCE061A is designed for detecting electric heating cable bug such as open circuit, short circuit, high resistance or low resistance according to electromagnetic induction principle. In this paper, detection principle and related circuits hardware design are mainly introduced. The experimental results show that the circuit can judge bug type expediently and determine bug position precisely. It has a broad application because of its high sensitivity, strong anti-jamming capability.
