仓储系统中RFID与ZIGBEE融合组网的研究

Research on Fusion Network Combined with RFID and ZIGBEE in Warehouse System

文章研究了如何在仓储系统中利用RFID与ZIGBEE无线融合组网的技术来实现对仓库的无人监控管理。在此研究中,ZIGBEE模块被嵌入到RFID设备中,既弥补了传统RFID设备只负责采集数据而不能及时处理数据的缺点,又增添了采用ZIG-BEE无线网络技术实现多跳无线组网的优点,使得仓库管理的实时性与网络化得到了同步的提高;而且,在处理仓库数据的同时,可通过检测多个网络节点的RSSI进行货物的定位监测,使仓库的安全性有了很好地保障。

The paper discusses a theme about achieving to monitor and manage a warehouse without men by using RFID combined with ZIGBEE technology. In this research, a ZIGBEE module is embedded into a RFID device. It makes up for the deficiency of RFID method that only gathers data information but not manipulates data. And it takes ad- vantage of aiming at wireless network technology based on ZIGBEE Stack protocol which raises performance of real time function and network style in warehouse management synchronously. We can position and monitor goods by setting more network points to make sure the safety of warehouse while manipulating warehouse data.
